If you cannot download material packages from the Resource Community, please try the following methods:

Check Network Connection:
Confirm that your network connection is stable and has sufficient bandwidth
Use Network Proxy Tools:
- Enable "Global Settings" to route all outbound traffic from your computer through the network proxy tool
- If you're already using "Global Settings" but still cannot connect, try switching to other network proxy tools
Reset Network Settings:
- If you're not using network proxy tools, reset your computer's network settings to default values
- If the problem persists after resetting, please try the next method
Use Mobile Network:
- Share your phone's 4G/5G network hotspot with your computer
