When using sync tools: How to check resource sync status through file manager

Этот контент еще не переведен на Русский. Ниже мы показываем английскую версию.

When you encounter missing files or thumbnail display issues in Eagle, it may be because sync tools haven't fully downloaded the related files. The following methods can help you check and resolve these types of problems.

Check File Sync Status

  1. Right-click on your library folder and select "View in File Explorer"
  2. Check the sync status icons of files - normally they should display as green background with white checkmark (indicating files are fully downloaded and accessible)
  3. If files are not fully synced, Eagle will be unable to read these file data correctly

Important Notes

  • Different sync tools (such as Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.) may have slightly different status icons
  • Please refer to your sync tool's official website to understand its specific sync status indicators
  • Ensure all Eagle library files are fully downloaded locally, not just cloud placeholders
